How did you first get into coaching? What has been the driver that has kept you in coaching?
. As a manager in high school and college, I got to see firsthand the impact coaches can make on the lives of young people. I strive to do the same by mentoring and inspiring young women through the game of basketball.

Who has been your biggest influence in your coaching career? Why?
C. Vivian Stringer and Dawn Staley have greatly inspired me from afar. Watching them navigate coaching at the highest level as black women, they showed me the blueprint of how to invest in others while also staying true to myself.

What has been your greatest lesson learned in coaching so far?
Coaching Is A Service Industry

What has been your most memorable win?
Coaching is more about impacting lives than it is about wins and losses. When you take time to invest in the people in your program off the court, success on the court will follow.

Fun Fact: Tell us something about yourself that people would be surprised to know about you.
I only played one year of organized basketball. I knew at an early age that I did my best work on the sidelines and not on the court.
