How did you first get into coaching? What has been the driver that has kept you in coaching?
I was given the opportunity to join the staff of my former high school coach, Matt Britton, at South Spencer High School in Indiana. Knowing that I help create a positive impact in the lives of young men is my main motivation when it comes to coaching. It is a great feeling knowing you help change lives.

Who has been your biggest influence in your coaching career? Why?
The biggest influence on my coaching career is Matt Britton. He coached me for three seasons in high school, and then gave me my first coaching job in 2019. I have learned a lot about basketball, coaching and life from Coach Britton. I would not be in the position I am today if it weren’t for him.

What is your favorite team meal?

What has been your greatest lesson learned in coaching so far?
